Alchemy, if you're not familiar with the term, is used to describe both physical and non-physical transformation ✨

It's the term used to describe the process of transforming base metals like lead or copper into silver or gold. It's also a term used to describe seemingly magical processes, like those that involve healing and transformation.

I've always been fascinated by deep, mystical and alchemical processes in our world; those that involve shadow work, light work, soul work, and the unseen realms.

My intention with Inner Alchemy is to guide you through a sacred process of embodying your soul's magic and gifts and sharing them more freely with the world!

And to be clear – these gifts are not limited to your profession or your business. This process is about how you show up and allow more of your soul to shine in all aspects of your life.

The Inner Alchemy journey offers a mystical and practical framework for remembering the essence of who you are.

We are all alchemists. We all have the power to transform. That being said, it can feel daunting to engage with the process of healing and transformation alone.

OUR PRIMARY TOOLS FOR INNER ALCHEMY:

Human Design:

Human Design is a system that combines aspects of astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, Hindu-Brahmin chakra model, and quantum physics to provide a unique tool for understanding human behavior, relationships, and decision-making. It provides a "design" of your energy system, gifts, strengths, and challenges and soul’s purpose.

Astrology:

Astrology is a system that suggests there is a relationship between the positions of celestial bodies and events that occur on Earth. It involves the interpretation of the positions and movements of planets, stars, and other celestial bodies at the time of a person's birth to gain insights about their personality, relationships, and other aspects of their life. Astrology also supports us with understanding the energetic invitations that are available with the moon cycles and planetary transits.

Intuitive Development:

Intuitive Development refers to practices and exercises designed to enhance and hone one's innate intuitive abilities. This process often involves learning to tune into and trust one's instincts, understanding personal energy and the energy of others, and using these skills to make informed decisions. It can include various techniques such as meditation, visualization, movement and mindfulness exercises.

Seasonal Medicine:

Seasonal Medicine refers to practices that are aligned with the changes of the natural seasons. It acknowledges that our bodies have needs and preferences that change with the seasons and uses this understanding to promote recommendations for optimal energy and health. This might include adjustments in routines, activity levels, social interaction and work flow to suit the current season.

You receive access to one (1) 60 minute session to explore your vision and intentions and create a roadmap for your mentorship experience.

💻 SIX (6) 1:1 CALLS W/ ELYSE:

You have access to six (6) 60 minute sessions of personal coaching with Elyse. The structure of these 1:1 sessions, is very personalized to your goals, but you can expect to receive personalized guidance based on your astrology and human design, and well as intuitive coaching to help you move through blocks and stuck places, and homework and action steps to support you with implementing what we discuss on our calls. This is about uncovering your one-of-a-kind approach to alchemy and transformation, and helping you to soften the fears and insecurities that might be getting in your way.

Send text and audio messages to Elyse any time you like within the 3 month container. Receive real-time coaching and support at your fingertips. Receive answers to your pressing practical and mystical questions. Please allow a 24-hour response window, Monday through Friday. You are welcome to send messages over the weekend, but will not receive responses until Monday.

MEET YOUR GUIDE:

Elyse knows what it's like to feel lost and burned out. After spending 5 years over giving and losing her connection with herself while working in the non-profit sector, she set out on a journey to learn how to better care for herself and her community.

This journey led her to pursue a yoga teacher certification, Human Design Reader Training, creative business coaching and a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership.

Her work as the founder of Be More Connected centers on the intersection between leadership, spirituality, creativity and social impact.

In 4 years, she's been able to host 3 virtual summits, lead 4 group programs, grow her email list from 0 to 2,000 subscribers, launch a podcast, and expand Be More Connected from a side passion to a full-time business. As the creator of Creative Changemakers Club, she supports visionary changemakers doing the courageous work of learning to love and transform themselves, so that they can love and transform their communities.
