For most of my life, I've been devoted to community, social impact, and collective care.

I worked for almost a decade inside nonprofit and social impact organizations across the Greater Baltimore and Washington, DC region. 

I saw firsthand how much heart, creativity, and leadership live inside people and how often burnout, scarcity, and rigid systems slowly disconnect us from the very work we care about most.

I also saw how rarely emotional wellbeing, creative identity, and true community care are honored in leadership and entrepreneurship spaces.

Becoming a mentor and guide was not a career pivot — it was a deepening.

A way of bringing together community organizing, emotional intelligence, creative leadership, and practical business support into spaces where people could grow, without hardening themselves in the process.

Today, I support creative entrepreneurs and community leaders who are ready to lead with courage, while staying deeply connected to their sensitivity, values, and inner truth.

In addition to my formal training, I bring 6 years of entrepreneurial experience and 9 years of experience working in social impact and community-based organizations throughout the Baltimore–Washington region.

This blend of leadership development, entrepreneurship, and embodied practice deeply informs the way I support my clients today.
